수여동사로 생각하기 쉬운 동사 중에 propose 라는 동사가 있습니다.
~에게 ...을 제안하다라고 생각하기 쉽지만, 사실 ~에게는 2차적인 정보로 필수 정보가 아닙니다.
(즉, ~에게라는 정보를 반드시 적어주거나 밝혀 줄 필요는 없다는 말입니다.
그리고 적어 줄때에는 전치사 to를 사용합니다. 'to + 대상'으로 밝혀 주시면 됩니다.
이에 반해서 수여동사는 ~에게 라는 정보를 필수적으로 채워야 하는 동사입니다.
물론 수여동사를 3형식으로 바꿀 수 있고 ~에게 라는 정보를 추가 할 수는 있긴 하지만요.

하지만, 문법적으로는 오류가 없는 문장입니다.
이와 비슷한 동사 중 하나는 'announce' 가 있습니다.
